Weight Management 101: In my book, "occasional" is maybe once every 3-4 months. So if you're eating fried foods and processed, packaged sweets monthly, then these part of your daily diet.
Are you "occasionally eating" some foods too often?
I was a yo-yo dieter. (Like you?) I lost, regained, lost and regained the same 20 or 60 pounds over and over again on countless diet and fitness programs. Now I've kept off 90 pounds for more than ten years, but now am struggling with an 18-lb weight gain. Follow my journey as my thinner life continues!
