Weight Management 101: Before eating your trigger food treats put a "containment plan" in place first!

My containment plan when I'm really, really wanting Mother's Oatmeal Cookies or Cheez-its? 1. Wait a day; 2. Add in some extra exercise; and 3. "Toss from the start" - trash half of it before eating one bite...

Now I can enjoy my treat, guilt free ;-)
