When I was always overweight or on a diet, big plans filled my head about what I was going to do to get in shape. I used a lot of wishing and willpower, and time after time I fell back into old, poor habits. I realize now that I never really, really, really believe it was possible AND that I would be able to achieve it. That's not the internal tape playing now 90 pounds, 9 years later...
