Since the month of May is going to come and go anyway, I'm going to practice, being the women I am, now, and not waiting for "some day" to come... It's a self-imposed limiting belief to feel that 10% body fat reduction will qualify me more for the life God has for me. It's a self-imposed limiting belief to think failures disqualify me for the life God has for me. So, I'm flushing the biggest lie told to me down the drain: As I am right NOW may not be enough to make my BIG dreams come true. Today, I'm choosing a different perspective. Ahhh! The possibilities from this place are boundless...
