I've been on it for like six weeks. I was super strict this week and really hope to see some significant numbers. I think that in general I just don't lose the way normal people do. Even on MF, I lose like 1-2 lbs per week while others are dropping 5+ per week. I have so much to lose, so you'd think it would melt off week after week.
