I just got back from a long, 9-day business trip to Vegas and I'm down 2 pounds. Want to know the best part about looking down at the scale this morning? I knew I would be down about 2lbs this morning!
That's pretty confident - huh? I was confident because I followed my 5-part business travel plan. In fact, Stephan Brado, former NBA player and current ESPN commentary asked me "how do you look so refreshed after these long days? I'm beat!"
That sealed the deal! I looked and felt better than he did and he's the athlete and that made me feel pretty good about the choices I made BEFORE and throughout this trip.
That got me thinking about how I could help other busy business travelers and I've decided to write a small book. It will be your pocket guide to staying fit as you fly.
