What I know 90 pounds lighter and 9 years later, successfully maintaining a weight loss is a daily decision. So, I'm sharing "My Daily Decision" with you before I get to work. But, for Wednesday's decision I thought I better post it now, so it will actually happen tomorrow: Switch things up and start exercising in the mornings for next several weeks - ugh! it's COLD!
