My Daily Decision: Cook. Make the time and prepare 2 quick dishes that will last through the week. On the menu: #1 Roasted chicken (from TJ's), and saute green beans, with roasted peppers and flavorful brown rice; #2 Break out the slow cooker!!! - Meatless meatball (TJs) with a homemade chunky vegetable pasta sauce served over penne
