Talking Myself Into Exercising Tonight...

After two evenings of trying to talk myself out of exercising, I believe I need an intervention.  I going to start NOW, preparing to train tonight.

Here's my game plan:

#1) eat and drink properly today;
#2) set a meeting reminder up that chimes every 2 hours that reads "Cardio tonight@8"
#3) smile and write down my best reason for training regularly...

I think these steps will help. I'll keep you posted!
