I'm not considered a young adult any more, but I used to be... and it was between the ages of 18 and 32 that I gained and lost and gained again the same 20, 40, 60 pounds over and over and over again. I yo-yo dieted until I blew up to 232 pounds and I'm short. So you know I was fat.
Well all that ended about 8 years ago when I lost 90 pounds and MAINTAINED that weight loss all this time. Now, I help others do the same thing, because I found the secret to lasting weight loss success.
